After making breakfast I do a quick clean-up and wait for Tami and her handsome boys to arrive. I took headshots for Tami not too long ago and of course she is the amazing Zumba instructor I always talk about. Her website is listed at the bottom of my blogsite too and she's thinking of offering a West Side Columbus class if you'd be interested. If you contact her, please tell her I sent ya! Her boys and my son play well together. A couple of time-outs happened of course, but over-all a really successful playdate! I sure hope there are a ton more in the future.
I just love Tami! We met over a year ago when I sold Premier Designs Jewelry! She was my "Grandma" and my first impression of her was "Wow, she is gorgeous AND nice?! Wow." See, I've always been a "Guys Girl" meaning I had more guy friends than girlfriends, so it was and still is extremely rare for me to click with women. And I seriously love Tami! We also talked about everything under the sun, mainly future plans and upcoming photo shoots. We have a lot coming up in 2010 so keep an eye out for a lot more of Tami. Hopefully I get to introduce you to her husband and children this Spring.
Once the playdate was over, I played with my babies until they took their naps. Today was nice because one slept while the other one and I cuddled. I kiss my babies faces ALL. DAY. LONG. I can't help it. I'm a proud mommy!
Finally I get ready to meet my girlfriends for coffee and girl talk. I've been working so much and haven't seen them in 2 very long months! I'm so thankful I'm on a schedule now...Anyway, Ohio is awful. If I could move I would. People can't drive so I turned my 4 Wheel Drive on and passed them all. Thank goodness for SUV's!!! I had a fabulous time catching up with them. They are both in a relationship now and I get so excited hearing about the new guys in their life. Takes me back to my love story...which I will have to share sometime. Actually for a sneak peak click HERE to go to the B&B where we were married and look at image #89! That's us! If I get atleast 10 comments on this blog entry, then maybe I'll share my love story with you this week ;)
In the midst of today's laziness, I happened to catch my oldest yorkie pup relaxing on the bed. His name is Chance. He is 6 years old and thinks he rules the house. And he does!
And of course a sneak peak into tomorrow's blog entry!
I'm glad you took a day off at last! Glad you had fun & got all caught up with your girls. Loving on the babies is the best though. You can't beat that.
